FortiManager Onboarding Guide

1. Complete the Fortinet Prerequisites.

2. Adding SAN Signed Certificates to FortiManager

3. Ensure the device can access the following ports:

   • HTTPS <TCP 443>

   • Syslog <UDP 514> (default) or alternative port as configured

   For details, see Device-Related Ports.

4. Add the FortiManager device to SecureTrack.

   You should now see the FortiManager and its managed domains and devices in the Monitored Devices tree.

5. From the Status page, confirm that the devices are visible with status Started. See Monitoring Server and Device Status.

6. If you don't have a designated syslog VIP address defined in TOS, add one now.

7. Configure the FortiManager to send syslogs to TOS.
