Access Request Tickets

For an Access Request ticket, you can specify the relevant object for the POST or PUT call with one of the following field pairing options:

  • management_id and network object_uid/service object_uid (Recommended)

  • management name and network object name/service object name (If there are several objects with the same name, one of them will be selected arbitrarily)

The object is identified by management_id and object_uid if all the information is available.

If you later change the object name in the free text of an Access Request source, destination, or service field in the SecureChange interface, the object_uid in the Access Request may change and the object will be identified by the display name. If there are several objects with the same name, one of them will be selected arbitrarily.
