Running and Exporting a Ticket Query

Run a report query

In the Reports page, the list of saved Report queries appears on the left. Run one of them (the button appears when you hover over it):

The query results appear on the right:

Export query results

After you run a report, you can export the results to Excel:

export to excel

When exporting to a CSV file, or XSLX file, if a special character ( = - + @ ) appears at the beginning of any field, a single quote (') is automatically added before the character.
